Our sleeved wire sets deliver the same proven performance as our legendary ThunderVolt® 8.2 wires, enhanced with an integrated high‑temperature, silicone‑impregnated fiberglass sleeving for superior heat protection.

This built‑in sleeving eliminates the need for additional heat protection and is engineered for extreme racing environments where added abrasion resistance and voltage insulation are critical. Each wire features shrink tubing at both ends to ensure a secure wire‑to‑boot seal, and clearly marked cylinder numbers to eliminate firing order mistakes during installation.

Race Fit wires arrive cut to exact length and fully terminated — boots and terminals installed on both ends, ready to drop straight in. Note that lengths are optimized for the chosen routing path; if you're running a fixed loom or an alternate wire path, fitment may vary. An extra-long coil wire is also included, one end fully prepped and the other left open so you can trim to length and finish with the boot and terminal to your high-performance coil of choice.

Returns at Pertronix are accepted within 90 days of purchase with prior authorization, ensuring items are in new, resalable condition. To initiate a return, call for an RGA and follow provided instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping, using a trackable method.
