JBA long tube headers are the number one choice for maximum performance gains and high RPM efficiency. Available in 409 or 304 Series Stainless Steel. These long tube designs are dyno and race proven to deliver the greatest possible increase in horsepower and torque throughout the RPM range. All JBA long tube headers feature large mandrel-bent stainless steel primary tubes, oversized exhaust ports, extra thick 3/8 one-piece flanges, and proprietary JBA Firecone® merged collectors for smooth flow. Each system is designed to give the maximum amount of ground clearance possible, so lowered cars do not drag the collectors.

304 Series Stainless Steel headers are built to endure the harshest of environments, ensuring your investment stands the test of time. These headers are embellished with 304 flanges, longer, smoother 304 merged collectors and 304 primary tubing. Our proprietary JBA Firecone has been extended with a longer concave design within the collector for optimal flow. Available in natural finish or a meticulously hand polished mirror finish.

Each system includes high quality hardware and thorough instructions for a professional no-leak installation. For closed course competition use only.

Our ignition and exhaust products ship from our warehouse in Lenexa, KS. Our normal shipping time is 2-3 business days for in-stock parts.

Returns at Pertronix are accepted within 90 days of purchase with prior authorization, ensuring items are in new, resalable condition. To initiate a return, call for an RGA and follow provided instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping, using a trackable method.

Refunds exclude initial shipping and handling fees and may be subject to a restocking fee. For defective or damaged items, contact Pertronix directly. We are not responsible for user-initiated damage/loss of parts.

Warranty

All JBA headers and exhaust products are guaranteed, to the original purchaser, to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year. This warranty covers the replacement or repair of the product only and does not cover the cost of removal and installation, customer applied aftermarket coatings or any discoloration or corrosion of finished surfaces. Damage or product failure resulting from collision, improper installation, off-road use, road hazards, the use of exhaust insulating wrap or like products or rust occurring after installation, is not covered by the warranty. The warranty extends only to the original purchaser. Should a part become defective it should be returned to the original selling retailer and must be accompanied with the sales receipt. If there is no retailer in your area, call the factory for a return authorization and return your part prepaid to the factory for inspection. PerTronix reserves the rights to replace or repair the alleged defective part and return the part freight collect.
