8.2mm ThunderVolt wire sets outperform the competition in looks and performance at an affordable price. They are purpose-built for street & strip, off road, street rod, and custom car applications.

Custom Wires are designed to replicate your OE wire set. Each wire is cut to length and booted to match OE wires. Lower resistance will get more fire to your spark plugs, increased horsepower and torque, and improved fuel mileage.

• Custom fit for 1977-95 Ford/Lincoln/Mercury V8 applications. Please see applications chart on the product page for complete list of applications.
• Spark Plug Wire Lengths (inches): 8 cylinders - 21, 25, 25, 27, 30, 33, 37, 37, coil not required
• 8.2mm outer silicone jacket is heat resistant to 600° Fahrenheit
• Silicone inner core provides added heat protection and superior flexibility throughout its lifetime
• 40 ohms per foot
• Highly conductive stainless steel spiral wound core
• RFI / EMI suppression for applications with CD or electronic ignitions, on board computers, stereos or pit radios
• Silicone boots protect against high exhaust temps

Returns at Pertronix are accepted within 90 days of purchase with prior authorization, ensuring items are in new, resalable condition. To initiate a return, call for an RGA and follow provided instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping, using a trackable method.

Refunds exclude initial shipping and handling fees and may be subject to a restocking fee. For defective or damaged items, contact Pertronix directly. We are not responsible for user-initiated damage/loss of parts.
