Where do your products ship from?

Our ignition and exhaust products ship from our warehouse in Lenexa, KS.

What is your normal shipping time?

Our normal shipping time is 2-3 working days when the part is in stock.

Who is responsible for filing claims for shortages or damages?

All claims for shortages, damages, etc. must be filed by the consignee. In other words, the person or company receiving the goods is responsible for filing any claims related to missing or damaged items.

What should I do if there are missing or damaged items in my shipment?

All packages must be inspected upon receipt for any missing or damaged goods. If you find any issues with your shipment, you should file a claim with us within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Do you ship internationally from your web store?

No, we do not currently ship our products internationally from our web store.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase provided the parts are in new, resellable condition. You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase for a full refund.

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, call PerTronix at (913) 808-2376. We will issue you an RMA and provide instructions for returning your product.

Who is responsible for shipping the product back to PerTronix?

You are responsible for shipping the products back to PerTronix. Ship your unused product, in its original packaging, to the address identified in our email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Will shipping and handling fees be refunded?

Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded unless returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders.

Are there any products that are excluded from the return policy?

Individual products may be excluded from this guarantee. Check the product description before you place your order.

How will I receive my refund?

The refund will be for the full value of the returned items, unless otherwise noted. Credit for returned items will be applied to the credit method that was used to make the purchase. Returns will be applied to the purchasing credit card within 5 to 10 days of the date that the return is accepted by the fulfiller.

Is there a restocking fee for returned items?

A restocking fee will apply to returned items.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

What should I do if my order arrives with shipping damage?

If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the fulfiller immediately using the contact information included with the order. Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting the fulfiller, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

Can PerTronix be held responsible for user-initiated damage or loss of parts during use?

No, we do not accept responsibility for any damage or loss of parts incurred during the operation or use of our products. It is the user's responsibility to operate and use the product in a safe and responsible manner, and to ensure that all necessary precautions are taken to avoid any potential damage or loss.

What happens if my credit card authorization fails?

If a credit card authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notifying you. PerTronix cannot resolve credit card problems with your financial institution if a credit card is declined. It is your responsibility, as a consumer, to settle credit card problems with the issuing institution.

Yes, all prices, pictures, and descriptions on this website are subject to change. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies. When you place your order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on this website. Price differences related to future or past prices in our store or any other store are not refundable.
